VIDEO: INEC Postpones General Election, See Reason Why

The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) has postponed the presidential and National Assembly elections scheduled for today, February 16, over logistic problems.
The Chairman of INEC, Prof. Mahmood Yakubu, announced this following an emergency meeting of the Commission with other stakeholders that lasted for several hours.
According to Yakubu, The Presidential and National Assembly election will now hold on Saturday, 23 February.
The Commission also shifted governorship, State Assembly and Federal Capital Territory council polls from March 2 to March 9.
The INEC Chairman said the Commission would meet key stakeholders by 2pm on Saturday at the Abuja International Conference centre to address them on this development.
The meeting that started on Friday night lasted till the early hours of Saturday before the INEC Chairman finally came to announce the postponement of the elections.
