I Had My Hijab All Through When I Was Raped – Victim Speaks Against Blaming Indecency For Rape

A victim of rape has spoken against the act of blaming indecent dressing of some ladies as the reason why they are raped.

Hauwa Ojeifo took to social media with a brief on how decently she was dressed as a Muslim lady but still got raped.

According to her, she had her hijab on all through the period she was getting raped.

She tweeted:

“Dress properly”
“Thank God Islam gave us hijab”
Don’t be stupid!
I had my hijab on all through when I was raped.
