Six Reportedly Cheats Death In Osun State Road Crash
Six persons were reportedly injured on Tuesday afternoon in a lone road crash which involved a Nissan Vanette bus in Osun State.
According to the Osun State Sector Command of the Federal Road Safety Commission (FRSC), the accident occurred at about 2:15pm, one kilometre to Olode town, on the Ife-Olode highway.
The road crash was as a result of overspeeding and a burst tyre.
The Nissan Vanette bus, with registration number FFA 433 XB was conveying 15 passengers, out of which thirteen were adult males, while the remaining two were adult females.
The six passengers, who sustained varying degrees of injuries, were four adult males and two adult females.
The Sector spokesperson, Agnes Ogungbemi revealed to PRETTYLOADED that the injured were rushed to a private medical facility in Olode town for treatment, while the obstruction caused as a result of the crash has been removed from the highway.
