We Will Shut Down Nigeria If You Increase The Price Of Petrol – NLC Warns FG

The Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC has told the federal government to do away with any plan to increase the price of petrol.

According to Vanguard, NLC said that workers and masses will not accept any further increase in the pump price of fuel in the name of subsidy removal, urging workers and the citizens to prepare for total war against fuel price hike.

President of Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, Ayuba Wabba, in a New Year message to workers, also named Zamfara, Taraba, Benue, Kogi, Cross Rivers, Abia and Imo states as seven states yet to implement the N30,000 minimum wage that took effect on April 18, 2019.
